The Baby & Kids National Buyers Show is a dedicated ‘trade only’ event for the suppliers of Baby & Childrens, Pregnancy & Maternity Products and the retailers that sell them. It’s an event that attracts buyers and exhibitors from Australia, New Zealand and further abroad. It's on once per year, alternating between Melbourne and Sydney.
The B&K Buyers Show is a trade only event. As a retailer/wholesaler, you must be a registered business selling products from this category with an ABN and the ability to provide evidence of your business operation. Media and other associated parties are also welcome to attend at the venue.

Costs to Exhibit
For all other sizes and configurations please contact us directly. All stands include lights, walls, facia board and facia signage, (with your company name on it) power and carpet. For additional items like display racking, shelves etc can be provided by exponet, our approved stand builder/furniture provider, or you are welcome to brings your own. Space Only does not include lights, walls, facia board sign or power, but does include carpet.
We also have the 'Handy Helpers' These are on site by the loading dock to help you unload your vehicle, and to deliver your display items to your stand.
Corner stands incur a 15% surcharge.

Wireless Internet is provided free of charge for all attendees.
Pre Organised Meetings

This is a very popular feature of our show. The show is part free flow and part
pre-organised meetings. Both buyers and exhibitors can make appointments
using the Meeting Scheduler Software that goes live 30 days before the event.
In this time period both buyers and sellers can make their appointments in 10
minute increments. (ie, 10, 20 30 40 minutes etc) Their is no charge to use this
software.

As an attending buyer/exhibitor, you will sent your log in detail 40 days prior to to the show. The system wil go live 30 days prior for all appointments to be set in this time between the retail buyer and the wholesaler. This process is very simple, and you'll be booking appointments with ease.
My Child Awards For Excellence
Each year designers, manufacturers and wholesalers
introduce and sell products to this exciting and vibrant
marketplace. The My Child Awards For Excellence is an
awards night to recognize the efforts and design ability
of these creative minds. Retailers will vote on various
categories from the ‘Best Pram’ to ‘Most Innovative Product’.
Consumers will also be voting on retailers in various categories.

Free Daily Seminars
To assist you in running your business, we hold a series of free seminars based on popular topics. These will be run during the show, and are free of charge. The schedule for this shall be sent to all attendees.
The topics so far are:
How to use Social Media in your business Public Relations and how best to use media partners as well as ‘Do it Yourself PR’ Safe Sleeping Practices and sending the right message to consumers on the safe use of products Accreditation Programs and safety compliance for your products How to export goods overseas (the pro‘s and cons)
Trading Terms
Standard trading terms are a 30% deposit to be paid on booking the stand, with the remaining 70% balance due by March 8th.
